About Us

Hello, I am Katie! My husband & I have been married for 22 years and we are the proud parents of 4 daughters and 1 son-in-law. We also just welcomed our first grandbaby, a little boy, in 2024!!!  We have lived in MI for the majority of our marriage but relocated to Van Buren, IN in Nov 2020.

I started this business as something to keep my hands busy... as if I don't already have enough to do with all these girls in our life.  Actually, one day, my youngest told me she wanted a messy bun hat.  It had been a long time since I had crocheted.  So, I picked up my hook and yarn and starting watching Youtube videos to figure out how to make a messy bun hat.  It was so cute, I ended up making them for all of our girls.  Before I knew it, the girls convinced me to start making and selling them so that we can go to craft shows.  I keep a small supply in stock but I love making special orders too.  I love that your hat can be exactly what you want it to be and shine with your personality!

Then my husband and girls decided to help me take my crafting to the next level and they bought me a Cricut for Mother's Day.  I love that I can constantly try new things.  I really love when someone trusts me enough to ask me to try to make something for them even though I've never done it before.  I also love that my family is involved in this adventure with me!!

  I make hats (regular and messy-bun), baby booties and scarves (infinity & regular).  Check out our Custom Order Page to see some of the things that I can make for you!!  I can put names and initials on hats.

I have started adding wreaths, decorative wine bottles, car decals, shirts and many other items.

I had someone ask me to make hats for their dogs...
